Today a one and a half hour workshop was provided on behalf of ‘De Algemene Rekenkamer’ about Voice (use) and manner of appearance on the Te Werve Estate.
During the annual ‘Fresh Air’ staff event of the Court of Audit, I took 25 employees into the world of the human voice.
I made everyone aware of his or her own use of voice in different settings. Which parameters make you appear convincing or not? and why?
But also: what specifically do you need to feel heard and seen in what you have to say in whatever role?
Where do you come from? Where are you going?
And what is happening right now?
